Pickled Baby Beet Salad 2 cans small whole pickled baby beets  1/2 red onion thinly sliced 1 small can of mandarin oranges 1 apple sliced, with slices halved crumbled feta cheese chopped pecans raspberry vinaigrette Mix all together and chill
